1. When faced by questionaires such as this my mind goes as blank as one of my sketchbooks

2. I have many sketchbooks and I have never filled one up. Ever. That shall be my mission this year - I have to fill them before I buy another one...and that includes that beautiful moleskin one I bought in the US

3. I prefer to type out the number rather then putting the numeral - eg, twenty-three rather than 23. Yes, I'm wierd

4. I'm an animation student, which is waaaaaaaaaay less glamorous then it sounds believe me It's basically hours upon hours of work tweaking the damn thing all for that wonderful moment at the end when you can shout 'HA GOT YOU YOU BASTARD' and feel happy. Then Ian comes along and tells you what's wrong with it

5. I'm hungry and the leftover chinese food I just ate has made me even hungrier

6. I have become addicted to Death Note. A little late admittedly, but it's awesome As is Full Metal Alchemist

7. Despite the fact that my hair is short and violently red, I AM NOT A LESBIAN! ROFLMAO

In other news I have survived my trip to the US - okay, so it was brilliant and all, but daaaaamn jet lag is a bitch! I woke up this morning and wanted a full on tea-time meal not breakfast, and I nearly fell asleep on my lightbox in class. Stupid time zones

Yes. I had much fun though Manga was cheap and plentiful as were art suplies - can't wait for the box we had to ship home to arrive - (I mean sculpey is 30 bucks here and I got three packets for less over there!!) It was so pretty where I was too, everything was so green and they had so many flowers coming out that we can't grow here 'cause it's too hot. I've never seen so many tulips in my life!

'Course, it was freezing when I was in Indiana, but not cold enough to snow, but the minute we get home we get an email saying that they're predicting the stuff...DAMMIT! :LOL: I'm sorry we didn't get to see more of the country, definately have to go back sometime

Aus is still far superior though We don't have insane super-sonic automatic flushing loos for one (that scared the shit out of me - pun intended ) and the food is so much better here By the time I got home I was hanging out for a carrot of all things!!

A note for the future however - when buying things that need to be plugged in, do remember that Aus plugs are very different from US ones. Failure to realise this ends up in one having to go buy a PSP and a DS AC plug. Bother and Smelly who the DS belongs to are most annoyed over this oversight
